약 28년 전쯤 군대있을 때 고참이 이 노래가 너무 좋아서 멋 모르고 스트라토베리우스 테입을 구입했었는데 Forever빼고 온통 헤비메탈 음악이라서 당황했었다는 기억이 나네요. 주 메뉴가 메탈이고, Forever는 후식, 서비스 개념으로 집어넣은 것일 줄 누가 상상이나 했었을까요...ㅎㅎ

Great talent is never in shortage-just not promoted well enough for the public to be aware of these people. If you say that no one currently has the talent of your past heroes - you owe it to yourself to do more homework on youtube, and attend ALOT more shows! Seeing shows from 1972 till the present, and working at over 3k of them, I've found this to be an obvious fact. And that's only talent that HAS been discovered! Here is a perfect example: my bassist-friend started a Yes tribute in CA called Roundabout. When they hired a local singer for the band because he could hit all the high notes, and sounds very similar to Jon Anderson, a star was born. Jon Davison was personally contacted by Chris Squire of Yes to audition, due to Jon Anderson's poor health at that time, and has been in the band 12 years. Not only does he have great vocal ability, but he is a multiple-instumentalist, and song writer as well (to witness his talent, watch his newer youtube videos). He has now sang with Foo Fighters, John Lodge of the Moody Blues (Jon married his daughter!), and several other known artists who recognized his talent. No, of course he is not Jon Anderson - but his younger age gives him a powerful voice, and a pure love of music makes him a perfect singer for Steve Howe's Yes band (like the 90s, there are 2 Yes bands touring, the other consisting of Jon Anderson, Rick Wakeman, and Trevor Rabin). World-class artists/musicians, both are equally entertaining bands. Forget the rules - this is music - NOT a competition like many people want to make it. Listen with your soul engaged - not the critic. You will likely discover music you have not listened to, or appreciated before, and find yourself on an amazing musical journey! Music is Love!
